1. Introduction
You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. We may
revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website

2.Ordering From Us
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online Checkout process. As part of our
checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will
send you an order confirmation/acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. Where
made-to-order products are purchased we will send you our detailed order confirmation detailing
production time, total costs including delivery and your acceptance of our order confirmation is required
before we process your purchase order.

We may refuse to accept an order :
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation of your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error, or if you do not
meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3.Pricing
All our prices are inclusive of delivery costs. Orders will be despatched via the Parcel Force 48 hour delivery service or via Royal mail. Shipping details and where available Parcel tracking details will be emailed to you
on the day of posting. Special delivery requests, i.e. Next working day delivery or Royal Mail next day mail service will be subject to an extra charge - details will be listed in our order confirmation. Export Orders to Europe will be posted via Parcel Force Euro 48 hour delivery and to the USA, North America and the Rest
of the World via Parcel Force International Scheduled Service.

4.Making a Purchase :
Please select a Product Group Section and browse our Range of Styles .
Sheepskin slippers, sheepskin gloves, mittens and sheepskin Rugs are largely available from stock - for
these products please add any items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ .You will be asked for your personal details which we will need to
process and complete your order.

If your purchase is for a “made-to Order” product such as Sheepskin Coats and Designer Sheepskin Rugs please complete the Order Enquiry form, we will confirm the availability, production completion time, total
costs and estimated shipping date to you by email and will only proceed with the production of your order
after receipt of your acceptance of our detailed order confirmation. We reserve the right to charge your credit card prior to issuing the cutting/production instructions and committing ourselves to the purchase of this product from our local suppliers.

5. Cancellation and Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order :
(a) you can notify us by email to info@oldenglishsheepskin.com before we have dispatched the goods to you
or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us within 7 days from date of receipt providing the goods have not been used/ are unworn and are in their original condition. The costs of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you.
(c) Upon receipt of the returned goods we will give you a full refund less the shipping-out costs or an
exchange / credit as required.
The rights to return goods or to cancel orders as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances ;
In the event that the product has been used or has been worn.
To any products that we have specifically made for You, “made-to-order Garments ,made-to-measure Beanbags, sheepskin rugs and other made-to-order Sheepskin products to the purchase/manufacture
you have agreed by your prior acceptance of our order confirmation/acknowledgement.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are not in accordance with your Order or which are
damaged or defective or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form and our order
confirmation, Old English Sheepskin Sales shall, at its own option, made good any shortage or
non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or if agreed refund to you the amount
you paid for the goods in question provided you notify us within 7 days from date of posting of the
problem. Your statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.

6. Credit Card Security
When the order is place at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They
are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text form on any website.
